Regular tours always leave on time and it is not possible to change the starting time. Regarding private tours, if you want to start at another time you can consult us before making the reservation.

The confirmation email is immediate once the payment has been made. If it does not arrive, there are two possible reasons:

All activities are carried out normally throughout the year regardless of rain. If due to extreme conditions (for example, a heavy snowfall) the supplier had to cancel a tour, an alternative date would be offered or the immediate refund of the payment.

The meeting point is detailed in each activity as well as in the confirmation email once the reservation is made. If you have questions once at the destination, you can contact the local provider on the phone number that you will see on the bond.

We always try to maximize the cancellation period free of charge. However, each activity and each destination is different so you will have to visit the cancellations section of each activity to see the specific cancellation conditions.

In case of having the right to cancel, the amount will be refunded using the same form of payment in which the reservation was made. It is an automatic operation that cannot be modified for security reasons.
